This pharmaceutical firm, a Fortune 500 Company, is a leading global medical technology company and partnered with pearl street systems to upgrade their lighting at their corporate headquarters.
Nearly 10,000 fixtures throughout the Pharmaceutical Campus were updated to LED technology resulting in total savings of $202,785 and over 1.1 million kWh with a 5.5 year payback. The $1 million turn-key LED installations across the 800+ KSF campus for these 5 projects were completed in less than 12 weeks. The Administration and R&D buildings, with 9000 fixture upgrades, was completed in 5 and 6 weeks, respectively. The Garages were completed in 2 weekends each; resulting in minimal disruption to the staff. More importantly, there were minimal change orders for these projects; representing 3% of the overall cost of all projects.
Pearl Street also developed the Color Kinetics color-changing signage lighting at this company’s historic clocks.
